  • Prepare buyer disclosures including all of the required C.A.R , seller disclosures and broker forms and deliver directly to you and/ or your buyer via email, fax or e-sign app
  • Upload all disclosures, documents,and reports into agent provided transaction management program, as they are received  or fully executed throughout the transaction.
  • Keep track of  Contractual timeframes , Remind agent of lift dates.
  • Ensure buyer's receive a copy of all reports and booklets that are provided and or required.
  • Maintain weekly contact with all parties involved for status updates and any outstanding items.
